HI, WE ARE URBEE.

The e-bike of Amsterdam. We’re rolling out a network of Urbee e-bikes throughout, to start with, the city of Amsterdam, in order to get people out of their cars and onto our e-bikes. We hope to contribute to a more liveable city whilst creating happier citizens and reducing costs and time on transportation and parking. We believe that bike sharing is a healthy and fun solution to traffic congestion, parking problems and air pollution.

As our young organisation is rapidly growing we’re urgently in need to expand our sales force with a talented intern. To continuously develop our business and grow our e-bike network, we strive to deliver the highest level of service during our sales process. To achieve this goal, we need to provide our customers with outstanding support and knowledgeable attention.

We’re searching for someone who has good commercial insights, but mostly has a spirit to serve and can organise a new or existing account from A to Z. You’ll be directly assisting our Business Development team, by registering new Urbee users and signing-up new locations to our ever-expanding network.

A FEW TASKS YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • Follow-up on incoming leads
  • Join our team during industry-related events
  • Manage our clients in our back-end environment
  • Create and adjust contracts according to customer feedback
  • Sales support via email, in person and via phone

SKILLS AND PROFILE WE SEEK IN OUR CANDIDATES:

  • Start date: as soon as possible for a period of minimum 4 months
  • Hve a minimum HBO study level
  • Have a spirit to serve
  • Be sociable, a good listener, outgoing and confident
  • Pro-active self-starting attitude
  • Can easily master the backend of our platform
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Punctual and precise when it comes to dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s
  • Basic Microsoft office skills
  • Living in the ‘Randstad’ or willing to move
