What an average work week looks like

You oversee the onboarding of customers to make sure they become Teamleader power users and their account is up and running in no time. Making sure customers get the most out of Teamleader is what gets you out of bed in the morning. Through different parameters, you proactively identify how to improve your customers’ use of Teamleader. Your calendar is filled with conference calls, online meetings with customers, online group trainings, virtual classrooms and hosting a product webinar from time to time. You take care of a wide variety of customers and try to get them on board in the most efficient way. Even though your agenda gets busy, you never lose sight of your customers and ensure you do your utmost to keep them happy.

  • Have awesome problem-solving skills and a razor-sharp, analytical mind
  • Have 2 years of experience in a similar position (e.g. Functional Analyst, Software Trainer, CRM Consultant in an IT environment)
  • Have the ability to quickly build up excellent product knowledge and continuously keep this up-to-date
  • Are fluent in Dutch (mother tongue) & English, other languages are a plus
  • Are well-organized and detail-oriented: you love a clean desk and keep your calendar neatly organized
  • Are an independent worker, self-motivated and a proactive teamplayer
  • Are diplomatic, tactful and perform well under pressure when working your way through customer issues.
  • Know the ins and outs of providing an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong affinity with IT (experience with SaaS is a plus)
