Your job:

As Marketing Management Trainee you are part of Sana’s international marketing team. During your 18-month traineeship you’ll work with all the specialists in the field and learn more about topics like digital marketing, marketing automation, event management, and inbound and outbound marketing.

After learning what marketing at Sana is all about, you will work autonomously on different (international) projects, like local go-to-market strategy, or marketing and sales funnel optimization. During the course of your traineeship, you will be trained in time and project management, leadership and people management.

In the final stage of your traineeship, you will take full responsibility for the marketing activities for an entire region.

We are looking for:

You are a driven future marketing manager. You have a passion for digital marketing, data-driven decision making and you have a basic understanding of business-to-business marketing. Even though you are driven to learn all about different marketing specializations, you are aiming for a leadership positon in the marketing field.

Furthermore, you have:

  • Proven leadership skills: During your studies you proved yourself as a leader within a committee, board or other relevant extra-curricular activities. You are not afraid to challenge established processes or ideas, and are able to provide different insights and make change happen.
  • Passion for data-driven marketing: You have a basic understanding of Google Analytics, Marketing Automation or similar data-driven tools, and are eager to learn more.
  • Analytical skills: You are capable of quickly analyzing complexities, thinking ahead about potential outcomes, and have the abilityto formulate and execute these ideas in an understandable and pragmatic way.
  • International orientation: You are just as effective when working with local and international colleagues. You have strong written and spoken English skills, and intercultural communication isn’t a problem.
