Operations Engineer (Young Professional Programme IT)
As Operations Engineer you are responsible for running and changing applications within IT Systems. Besides the support activities, the Operations Engineer implements change requests based on his/her broad knowledge (T-shape). You will also take over some basic activities of other DevOps team members in case necessary (analysis, development and testing).
The programmeOur customers want to be able to use internet banking anywhere, anytime. This requires continuous innovation, which is exactly what Rabobank Group ICT pursues. Over an 18-month period, you’ll become a full-fledged IT professional. After a brief orientation process, you’ll start out in a challenging entry-level position and will be given the opportunity to specialise and make a difference. You bring the talent, and we’ll make sure you receive close personal support.
Your personal and professional growth are the main focus. You get to discover your talents and continue to develop them. We’ll give you every opportunity to do so. You’ll attend a number of training courses, including both technical ones and more general ones, such as a course on giving presentations. As soon as you start the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and other talented IT professionals. You choose an entry-level position that suits you. Whatever job you pick, you’ll be given all the freedom you need to specialise and expand.
Together with other Young Professionals you will focus on two Business Challenges, in which you create solutions for complex problems for our internal stakeholders.
