Once training is complete you'll manage your own geographical area and visit local cafe's or newsagents such as Premier, Costcutter and Nisa to increase the distribution of Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker products, you may also get involved in new projects as a part of a project team. This will be coupled with continued support and guidance from experienced PepsiCo employees in the form of mentors and buddies. You'll enhance your commercial skills and business acumen throughout the internship and learn to analyze data, negotiate, build and maintain business relationships.

You'll also spend few weeks at our Head Office in Reading, where you'll embark on a group challenge amongst other activities, network with other departments in the business and have the opportunity to hear about career journeys of some of our senior leaders. PepsiCo is known for developing top notch leaders and an inspiring place to work and his internship can be a fantastic start to a potential career with us.

We're excited to see what we can accomplish when your skills, ideas and perspectives meet our dynamic team.

Why did you decide to apply for a placement at PepsiCo?
When applying, they seemed so welcoming and I felt I'd get the best experience in terms of coming back into a work environment after Uni. It just felt like I'd get involved and do a real job; instead of just making coffee all the time!
