ParkBee is changing the world of parking by making the parking garages of office and residential buildings available to the public. We need you to help make this change! We are growing rapidly and it is crucial for us to find new locations for ParkBee to open-up. We are seeking a research student/starter with a second nature for discovering details about the real estate market and to grow the ParkBee’s garage network. Having fun keeping the sales funnel up to date and work with SalesForce will be your second opportunity to grow.

Who is ParkBee?

Almost every consumer has a bad parking experience. Imaging you are driving all the way to the centre of a big city, no parking spots are available while you see plenty of spots empty in that private parking garage. ParkBee is solving that problem and opening up that private parking garage for you.

ParkBee is a successful Amsterdam based start-up that has developed the smart technology to open up these locations to the public. We have successfully launched and are growing rapidly with over 50 garages all over the Netherlands. We are at an exciting stage, currently expanding to new territories, having just entered United Kingdom (London) where the first garage are opening up. We need you to support this growth.

What are we looking for?

ParkBee continues to grow fast and is looking for additional support on the supply side for our Dutch markets. Locating areas that offer high demand for parking and assisting the sales team on new strategic leads is extremely important to help keep the growth. We are looking for a full-time or part-time Research student to assist on the sales and business development side for Dutch market research. You will be working closely with the acquisition team. A very interesting opportunity to learn B2B sales skills and to leverage your online research capabilities.

How should you see this role?

- Generate new leads for the acquisition team by researching all the required details of parking locations. This can be done online by making use of all available sources (kadaster, Google Maps, KvK) and offline, for example by organising a bike tour and register the locations you can find.

- Update new leads into Salesforce and follow-up on the conversion of types of locations

- Draft proposals and evaluate estimates, the values for the garage owners

- As ParkBee’s student you will feel and be seen as a full member of the team as of day one.

You:

- Are currently in higher education or university degree and finalizing your study or just graduated

- Like doing research and know where to find information on the internet

- Understand B2B value, conversion and sales cycles

- Enjoy working in a team and have an outgoing personality;

- Are professional and have commercial interest

- Fit the start-up way of working

- Are fluent and flawless in Dutch, and comfortable in speaking English
