ParkBee is changing the world of parking by making the parking garages of office and residential buildings available to the public. We are growing rapidly and it is crucial for us to find new locations for ParkBee to open-up. We are seeking an experienced account manager to enhance the growth of ParkBee’s garage network. Who will turn warm leads into successful new locations, and can coordinate the process with the rest of the acquisition team.

About ParkBee

Almost every major city is dealing with parking problems; Parking is extremely expensive and it’s very difficult to find a parking spot. However, there are sufficient vacant parking locations, think of all the private parking garages of office buildings, right in the city centre, with many vacant spots. ParkBee is a successful Amsterdam based start-up that has developed the smart technology to open up these locations to the public. We have successfully launched and are growing rapidly with over 40 garages all over the Netherlands. We are at an exciting stage, currently expanding to new territories, having just entered United Kingdom (London).

Job Description

To enhance the growth in the Netherlands it is of great importance that we add many more ParkBee locations to the network. That is your key responsibility as account manager. Assuring new leads (real estate owners) are converted to successful deals. You will coordinate the process from spotting new locations trough proposals, meeting at locations, and all correspondence involved. You will get the support of a research team to spot new locations and the junior acquisition manager. You will get in contact with real estate owners and assure new locations are added to the ParkBee network.

You will be working with the warm leads created. And we need you to acquire warm leads yourself. You will work closely with the ParkBee’s partners at property management and real estate agencies. We are looking for a hands-on personality, somebody that is professional and strategic smart to represent ParkBee towards the real-estate industry in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimise the acquisition process to assure we generate new leads and sign new successful ParkBee locations

- Enhance lead generation: finding locations, real estate owners and other (real estate) parties involved

- Manage and accelerate the deal-flow

- Assure a smooth after sales process with our operations manager and marketing team to successfully implement the new ParkBee location

- You will have an active role in the acquisition process, finding new opportunities, focus on strategic accounts, contacting owners and closing new deals. And maintaining a strong relation with new and current garage owners

- Manage joint procurement initiatives with strategic partners, like real estate agents and property managers

- Collaborate with senior business developers and strategic advisors to build and activate an effective real estate network

- Make sure all progress and information of the team is tracked in the CRM

- You will represent ParkBee at real estate events

- Sharing the best practices with the UK and future sales team.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of working experience in a sales/acquisition related position

- Msc or Bachelor degree in business or business related subject

- Experience in managing sales/acquisition processes and people

- Experience in real estate industry is a big plus

- You are very professional and organised, commercial and deal-driven

- You like to seek new opportunities and are creative in making sure the job is done

- A team player with an outgoing personality

- Strong work ethic with enthusiasm to work for a start-up

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential

- Fluent and flawless in Dutch, and comfortable in speaking English
