ABOUT NOBLY POS AND THE ROLE:
Nobly POS is used by hundreds of happy coffee shop, restaurant and bar owners in over 20 countries. Rated the #1 iPad POS system, we’re HQ’d in London, with support and development teams in New York City and Montevideo, Uruguay.
We enable our amazing merchants to burn through the line, view in-depth sales reports, better manage their inventory, track customers loyalty and more!
This is an exciting internship with the possibility to learn, prove yourself and continue into a Customer Success position after 3 months.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
This is a 3 month full-time internship split between our London office and field work. As a satisfaction focussed intern you will be trained in working with our clients, ensuring absolute satisfaction, analysing satisfaction data, and shaping a positive experience for our clients.
This Customer Success role will play a key role in ensuring we continue to have excellent renewal rates, shaping strategy, and continuing to provide an excellent service to our clients.
