Your objectives

  • Drive recruitment through inbound and outbound channels
  • Execute recruitment process, fuse tradeoff between happy candidate and management
  • Extend, negotiate and successfully close candidates
  • Build talent pools across the organization
  • Build new applicant sources
  • Arrange new employee relocation
  • Manage company intern program

What you bring to the team

  • Minimum 2 years experience in talent acquisition
  • Expertise in B2B SaaS and connected talent profiles
  • Proven track record in hiring on job as well as cultural fit
  • Numbers driven mindset, lean approach
  • Employer branding knowledge is a plus
  • Referral recruitment experience is a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in English, any additional language is a plus
