The Role

Much more than a Community Manager:

As a Front of Haus your role will involve much more than performing day-to-day tasks, it's about taking everything on with vigour and drive, showing that you're capable of stepping up when there's an opportunity to do so. You will ensure that each and every guest receives quick, efficient and professional service that builds loyalty and helps them get the most out of their time at Haus. Your main responsibilities will be within the front of house area, but there will also be a multiskilled aspect to your role, to allow you to adapt quickly in order to meet guest needs and also to support your own development.

Community and Product:

Ensure that Haus is full of bright, energetic, enthusiastic members.

Attract, sign and retain members who are creative, diverse and entrepreneurial.

Create a community amongst our members through building relationships between members, including member introductions, overseeing events, electronic and print communications, and space walkthroughs.

Solve any member-related issues to ensure a cohesive community and manage member expectations.

Design and implement rules, guidelines and best practices for the community to optimise member experience.

Operations:

Manage all building operations and constantly implement new features to ensure highest level of member satisfaction.

Analyse tickets by area to identify and resolve issues presented.

Deliver against overall company objectives; own the P&L for the first location.

Know and be able to implement Health & Safety plans.

Marketing:

Conduct tours to reach and maintain 100% space occupancy.

Analyse marketing campaigns to optimise the reach.

Engage in the community of the market by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organisations.
