As a Grayce Analyst you are placed within major change projects and programmes for some of the UK’s leading organisations. Effective change management is the foundation of success for every large organisation in the UK and across the world. With improvements in technology, regulation, education and communications the need for our clients to embrace and adapt to change is ever-increasing and Change Management is now firmly established as the leading discipline for business transformation incorporating various types of analysis and management practices including: Business Analysis; Project Management; Financial Analysis; Data Analysis; and Strategic Design.

Our bespoke delivery model successfully proves that Grayce analysts excel in these challenging programmes and our brand is now recognised across the UK for ‘transforming business change’. You will work directly with our clients to help deliver their vital business change initiatives. You get great exposure and profile, immediate responsibility and will take on stimulating and versatile roles that require you to fully utilise your growing and diverse skillset whilst being encouraged to explore your broader environment. Our clients cover a range of sectors including Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Pensions), Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Retail, Mobile, Technology Services, and Logistics.

During your client engagement you will receive the full benefits of our Grayce Development Programme – a holistic and comprehensive support structure that provides the tools not just for your client engagement but also your wider objectives and longer term career ambitions.

Our Development Programme is the cornerstone of our company culture – demonstrating our values and the spirit of our Grayce community: commitment to continuous learning; striving for excellence; outstanding client-centric services; and always respecting others and acting with integrity. Our values permeate through everything that we do and our Development Programme is a clearly defined three year journey that our analysts can customise to suit their own individual requirements.

Our analysts gain professional qualifications and accreditations from UK associations such as BCS, APM, APMG and the ILM. They train with the latest technology from our accredited development partners achieving fantastic results and maximising their personal impact. But development is not just about training – far from it. We see development as growth of your individual talent and capability; achieving your full potential and realising success as you define it. This means that you work closely with our Development Programme Team – our Development Partners and Delivery Managers. You are personally mentored and given the guidance and coaching necessary to help you evaluate your own performance, understand what actions you need to take to drive your development forward, and you are provided with tailored solutions to support your growth and evolution.

This level of development and commitment is just one ‘Grayce difference’. Becoming a Grayce analyst means joining an innovative, agile and company where your ideas and insights are welcomed. While you get the opportunity to work with leading companies in positions of responsibility, you also learn what it is like to work in an entrepreneurial environment and to become part of our collaborative and collegiate analyst community.

If you share our values and are a dynamic, outgoing and team-playing graduate wanting to take on a role that enhances your future options and provides you with ongoing stretch and support then please apply for one of our graduate positions today. This is a differentiated opportunity and every analyst that joins our great team is a welcome addition and makes a valued contribution from day one as you bring your own individual strengths to our collective capability.
