We are looking for a graduation thesis student with a background in geotechnical or offshore engineering that likes the challenge of combining theoretical models with real data!
We are developing a new machine for installing wind turbine foundations offshore and we need a model to predict how well our method will work depending on the size of the foundation, the working of our machine and the type of soil that we might encounter at that location.
Your job will be to develop this drive-ability prediction model based on theoretical research and empirical data from our previous and upcoming experiments, while collaborating with an assistant professor at the TU Delft.
