For ICT Corporate & Support located in Amersfoort, Frieslandcampina is looking for an enthusiastic Junior ICT Business Analyst to join the ICT client management team of Corporate & Support with specific scope Cooperative Affairs and Milk Valorisation & Allocation. These RFC corporate departments are amongst others responsible for information exchange with our owners, the farmers, and the supporting processes. Processes within scope are e.g. farmers contacts and communications, milk supply (planning, collection, payments, quality) and sustainability development on the farms.

The ICT client management team is directly responsible for the ICT demand management and takes end to end responsibility for both functional and technical ICT solutions and operational service delivery, which is mostly delivered by functionally related colleagues.

If you have interest in a broad range of logistical and financial processes in the FMCG industry and you would like to further professionalize your skills to translate business requirements and process designs into ICT solutions, FrieslandCampina has the ideal role for you.

Using and further professionalizing your ability to analyze, design and optimize end-to-end processes, you will work with business process owners, other business analysts, functional consultants, service delivery organizations, on a variety of business improvement projects, often to tight deadlines. A great opportunity to learn and further improve your consultancy and communication skills.

It’s a pre if you have experience with FMCG logistical and financial processes, and information systems to support these processes. You have basic experience with Change Management and Project Management. Knowledge of the business processes of Cooperative Affairs and Milk Valorisation is a pre.

You are a good team player with strong planning and organizational skills, you are sensitive to the needs of the business and have a real flair for translating those needs into IT concepts. Indeed, when it comes to suggesting IT solutions that will bring about real business improvements you are both proactive and influential.

  • HBO or academic working and thinking level;
  • Basic knowledge of business processes, and experience with Change Management, Project Management;
