We drive the growth of bloomon within five countries and its expansion within Europe. How? By finding new and smarter ways to grow our customer base at speed. From thinking up ways to make our sales channels better, quicker and easier – and piloting exciting initiatives from ideation to execution. Think: national partnerships, magazine collaborations, inspiring workshops, pop-up shops, fairs, markets and store collaborations. And working with other cool brands to raise our visibility. We combine our creative and business-savvy skills to tap into millions of potential customers each year. And cherish the freedom and responsibility our team has to push the boundaries of what (we think) is possible as we evolve our market. Our young team also interacts with – and soaks up knowledge from – all departments: from production and PR to operations and CRM. And puts lessons learnt into improving and optimizing every day. Why? So we can sell flowers like a boss.

What will you do?

We are looking for an intern that can take a leading role in further developing our business by spreading the rumor about our global happiness brand. On a daily basis, you will be responsible for setting up new initiatives to create more brand awareness through blogger contact, by setting up partnerships and organizing workshops and fairs. You create (social) media messages and advertisements and are responsible for reviewing and tweaking all communication to ensure we hit the right tone of voice in all messaging and through all channels.During this six month internship, you will get a lot of responsibility and we expect you to be a self starter and work independently. We offer a unique opportunity to truly develop your entrepreneurial skills and learn how to further scale up a company.

What do we expect from you?

  • BA in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics or equivalent;Proactive and definite ‘can do’ attitude;
  • Strong communication skills in English and Danish;
  • You can travel to Denmark regularly;
  • Commercial and result driven;
  • Strong affinity with marketing and communication;Analytical skills, a structured approach to work and an ability to switch between detail as well as the strategic level;
  • Passion for startups and e-commerce;
  • You are enthusiastic, a self-starter and result oriented!
