Entry Requirements

To apply, you’ll need to have a minimum 2:1 Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject for our graduate scheme or on course for achieving a 2:1 for our undergraduate schemes.

Specific business unit requirements include:-

  • Military Air & Information: Aeronautical Engineering, Systems Engineering and Electrical / Electronic Engineering degree discipline preferred.

In terms of personal qualities, you’ll also need strong analytical skills, a logical approach and excellent communication skills. You’ll also know how to collaborate effectively with a range of internal and external customers.

In addition, you need to be eligible to work in the UK and be able to successfully achieve security clearance.
