Graduate Development Programme

We have a two year development programme for our Graduates, during which time many work towards various accreditation routes which you will be fully supported with. Our Graduate programmes have helped over 300 people through their accreditation exams since 2011. 

Overview of Role:

As a Graduate you would be expected to take responsibility from day one and in some cases be the client’s point of contact for the project.

You will be responsible for supporting managers in achieving service excellence and positive outcomes for our clients; showing high levels of technical capability, sound commercial knowledge and a good understanding of the key drivers or cost and value; capturing and sharing knowledge and driving innovation in service. Successful candidates will be presented with a great opportunity for career progression whilst at the same time being exposed to cross sector experience.

Your Day-to-Day tasks will involve, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for liaising with Senior team members internally and externally. 
  • Liaising with the client to understand and deliver their needs, including regular reporting to the client and other team members.
  • To develop the success of the projects through clear strategy and proactive commitment, and delivering to milestones of the project or programme
  • Project Lead – dependant on size and nature of the project
  • Attending meetings and on occasions, chairing meetings for project team
  • Responsible for reporting and distribution of project documents and liaising with project team for updates.
  • Managing handover and snagging process
  • Coordinating the team through the procurement process
  • Engagement with all members of the team ensuring strong relationships are formed
  • There would be further opportunities to be involved in activities outside of projects, such as charity events, social committee and Emerging Talent recruitment.  Thus acting as an Ambassador for the business.
  • Demonstrate effective communication;
  • Ensuring that senior management have quality information on the progress of each project on a regular basis
  • To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner

Skills/Experience Required

  • Degree or Masters Qualified
  • A clear thinking person demonstrating attention to detail who is well organised and can operate independently under a broad direction.
