Department

The L&D department is part of the Ampelmann People & Organisation (P&O) team. Our team consists of a Compliance & benefits sub-department, Business Partners, a global mobility coordinator and Learning & Development (L&D) specialist. We have a strong focus on L&D, because we believe only the organisation can grow if our people grow. Only then we are able to achieve our business goals.

Your role

Currently we are implementing a cool Learning Management System, where you’re responsible for the further implementation. You will be focal point of contact to all our employees regarding L&D related topics. But not limited to that, you also are first point of contact to training suppliers, internal trainers and responsible for smooth coordination of L&D events.

The L&D intern is responsible for a couple of tasks and activities: implementing our Learning Management System further, 1st point of contact for all the employees regarding L&D topics, and contacts person for our training suppliers, coordinating and organising internal trainings, the administrative part of L&D (e.g. invoices), manage the e-learning tool we have.

Daily activities

  • Coordinate and organize internal trainings: booking training rooms, communicate to the participants and trainers, let them prepare the training carefully.
  • Continue with implementing our LMS. We have bought this system in the beginning of this year and currently we are implementing the learning paths per department. You have the chance to implement also some departments!
  • Manage the L&D mailbox and communicate with the employees and suppliers
  • Make sure the invoices are booked right, so we can report on interesting data: where do we spent our L&D budget on?
  • Set up new learnings paths in cooperation with the specific department.
  • On a regular base evaluate trainings and suppliers.

We ask

  • Bachelor student in HR or similar study
  • Fulltime available for 6 months (starting beginning of September)
  • Team player
  • Distinctive level of planning & organizational skills
  • Good communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written
