Are you starting your career, or are you up for a new challenge? As Spare Parts Professional you will find your chance to do so. At the service of one of our customers, you will be a permanent position at a major international player in the high-tech industry. Our customer, in cooperation with the company, takes care of part of the Supply Chain Planning.

Every day, the organization is running the planning of spare and service parts, with a focus on Operational Excellence. To do this, our customer is the link between the company and logistics service providers

In the function of Spare Parts Process Professional you are one of these links.

You are in charge of a qualitative and efficient implementation of operational logistics tasks through data entry and registration in the ERP system. You ensure that service issues and logistical issues are resolved and act as 'interface' for the various parties involved. You ensure that cooperating parties adhere to the agreed goals and expectations of the customer. You are the link between various logistics parties both internally and externally.

The role includes a variety of administrative and analytical tasks within the Supply Chain planning process in which you gain experience and develop yourself. You are working in a team of young and ambitious colleagues at the location of the client in Veldhoven.

Operations is a part of the organization that focuses on the qualitative execution, optimization and flexibility of operational business processes of their customers. You become part of a team that, over a period of several years, helps the customer to cope with change and optimization goals.

Function requirements

  • Bachelor degree (preference Logistics or Supply Chain) or more than 3 years of experience in Customer service/Logistical Interface
  • Administrational work experience
  • A proactive attitude in signaling improvements and providing solutions
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing at a professional level
  • Accurate and able to work with deadlines
  • An independent working attitude
  • No ‘9-to-5’ mentality
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and Power point)
  • Experience with ERP systems like SAP
