Description
Working as part of the Engine Business Human Resources team based in Darlington, supporting employees in assembly, technical, engineering and specialist support functions.
This role involves dealing directly with employees, supervisors and management on subjects such as company policy, recruitment, employee support, contracts, employment law, absence management, organisational development and general payroll issues. An opportunity to be involved in key project work for the department will also be provided.

Presentation and communication skills training
Company policy and procedure induction
Supervisory support and coaching from the HR Team.
Development of a personal work plan throughout the placement year.
