About the job

You will be part of the Global Program team in the Danone Early Life Nutrition division. The Program team is currently implementing a complex project involving six markets and multiple factories all around the world. As it’s a confidential project, we cannot tell you all the details… But what we can tell you is that you will work in a highly international environment where you have the chance to increase your project management, communication and analytical skills. You will be part of a dedicated team and collaborating with Danone factory teams and external stakeholders all around the world. It’s a young, dynamic and supportive team with a high team spirit!

So, what’s your role in this project?

  1. You are the master of the project file, containing all the main tasks and processes. In other words: you are supporting to monitor the full project.
  2. Engaging with and handling inputs from international stakeholders and different areas of expertise, so a lot of communication.
  3. Participate in and support Technical Project Lead during the Qualification and Validation process. Assist during Factory Acceptance Tests & Installation process in multiple factories. To do so, you will learn the underlying processes and reasons for the tests.
  4. Afterwards, you will support evaluating and analyzing data and propose ideas and solutions for continuous improvement purposes.
  5. Significantly contributing to reporting and documentation to the team on project stage and progress.

About You

You are a Master Engineering /Business university student, with strong analytical and communication skills. You can easily organize and conceptualize complex information, and you love to analyze this data. MS Excel skills are not new to you. Needless to say, manufacturing processes is something you are interested in. But most importantly, you are curious, eager to learn and a real team player who is confident enough to work in a high level, international environment. Last but not least, you like to travel abroad for your internship!

There are also some hard requirements that you should meet:

  • You are enrolled at University for the whole period of the internship;
  • You are fluent in English – oral and written (fluency in Dutch, German or Polish would be a plus!)
  • You are available to start as soon as possible and work for 6 months’ minimum, full time.
  • Please be aware that we don’t arrange work permits for non-EU students who do not study in NL.
