Job Purpose Outline:

Global hits include many non-scripted formats such as Masterchef, Big Brother, Your Face Sounds Familiar, Fear Factor and Hunted.

The drama portfolio boasts worldwide blockbusters such as Black Mirror, Humans, Peaky Blinders and Broadchurch which have each sold in 100 or more markets. Endemol Shine Group is also behind Sweden’s critically acclaimed hit Bron/The Bridge which has been successfully adapted for different local regions.

Delivering 700 productions in over 50 languages, the Group’s portfolio enthralls and inspires across scripted and non-scripted genres; coupled with digital, gaming, brands and licensing and distribution operations.

Resources and Stakeholder Management:

The Corporate Affairs team is searching for an intern for at least 3 days per week. The team consist of 5 legal counsels/paralegals and they work together with a range of colleagues and stakeholders globally across the business. This will play a key role as the team innovates and continues to support the Endemol Shine Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liquidations and incorporations of entities in various jurisdiction;
  • Involved with Know-Your- Client filings;
  • Engaged in corporate housekeeping;
  • Preparing and arranging signing of corporate documents (e.g. board resolutions and shareholders’
  • resolutions);
  • Drafting NDA’s;
  • Assisting with Due Dilligence;
  • Drafting (legal) memo’s.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, Experience:

  • 0-1 year legal corporate experience;
  • Ability to work independently as well as being a team player;
  • Analytic thinking;
  • Well organized;
  • Strong (friendly) communication skills;
  • Hands-on mentality and flexibility;
  • Fluent English.
