Our Transport Planning team is involved in some of the UK’s most complex and stimulating projects that are diverse and technically demanding, including some of the UK’s largest residential and mixed use developments including the NW Bicester Eco Town and Northstowe new town, Cambridgeshire, as well as Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects such as Lower Thames Crossing, Crossrail 2, and Smart Motorways. We have a reputation for the delivery of development projects across the UK and have worked for a wide variety of national and local clients carrying out Transport Assessments, Travel and Transport Planning, Traffic Management Plans and Environmental Impact Studies to gain consent for schemes. During this time, we have been engaged on the transportation and impact aspects of Education, Health, Energy and Community Development schemes and Infrastructure proposals, delivering new and proven solutions to transportation issues.

You’ll provide advisory, planning, design and consultancy services to our clients, who include Local Authorities, Highways England, Homes and Communities Agency and private sector developers. Your advice will enable our Clients to make the right decisions, develop and invest in the best solutions and realise their development goals. We’re not looking for transport experience. We’re more interested in your thinking and the ability to provide a solution to complex problems, see things from different stakeholder perspectives and communicate your ideas and solutions in an effective way. Graduate Development Programme
We have a two-year development programme for our Graduates, during which time many work towards various accreditation routes which you will be fully supported with. Our Graduate programmes have helped over 300 people through their accreditation exams since 2011.
